Welcome to week 11 of The Makers Link Party! I hope you had a great weekend and I can’t see what projects you have been working on.

You may already know that I have been planning on having a separate wedding blog and keeping Upcycled Treasures focused more on home decor, projects and crafts. I actually bought the domain name back in July but priorities kept shifting and it just got put on the back burner. Well I gave myself a new deadline so if all goes according to plan my wedding posts will all be transferred over by this Friday and new wedding posts will start next week. I love weddings and had so much fun planning ours and designing our invitations, so I look forward to creating a wedding community for the DIY bride. I will share the site with you on Friday, but until then I may be a little late responding to some comments and emails.

Alright, let’s get this party started! We had sooooo many awesome projects linked up last week, you are all so creative and inspiring!

This week’s project that took the cake is this beautiful copper pipe pendant from Brynne at The Gathered Home. It is amazing, like out of a magazine amazing right?

You can see all of the details on how to make your own here.

If you’ve never visited The Gathered Home before you have to get over there! Brynne has a ton of great ideas and a very unique style. She loves to find and create. Here is a small sampling of her talent.

Follow The Gathered Home on Social Media to see what she is up to next!

We were amazed at all of the great ideas and talent linked up this week and had more links than ever before. Thank you so much for partying with us. Here are 5 more that we loved. (As always please pin from the source.)

This Thai Chicken Satay Salad looks so ridiculously delicious I can hardly stand it! In fact, pretty much anything that Amy at Club Narwhal posts makes my mouth water! I am trying this salad this week!

Who knew industrial pipe could look so feminine? Chelsea from Making Home Base made this beautiful jewelry hanger out of pipe and it is just beautiful!

And if you haven’t been over to Homecoming lately, you have to go see what this couple of serious DIYers are up to in their bathroom! They are giving some great tips on installing tile.

And then there was this amazing West Elm Stria Dresser Knock Off from For My Love Of. Pop on over and see it right next to the inspiration and I guarantee you will hardly see a difference.

I’ve seen a lot of wall treatments, but this one is so unique! The girls over at Dear Beautiful You covered a wall in lace! Go see how they did it. So beautiful.

    1. It’s so much fun to go through all of the linked up projects and then it just makes me wanna go make a mess and create something, lol. Yeah, I actually did a bunch of work on it TWICE and somehow the site got screwed up and erased everything TWICE so it took a while for me to want to go in and add it a third time. I really want to start designing more invitations and whatnot, plus it’s fun to talk to brides about their wedding ideas. I just need to learn how to prioritize and get more organized, ha. Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I can’t wait to check out your wedding blog! My wedding was totally DIY (pre-pinterest), and I had so much fun doing everything.
