  2. We are new to the RV world, after looking for a couple of years for just the right RV for us. We have opted for a rig that needs work and just finished gutting the rig and are now putting it back together. Your style and images have inspired us so much so that I’ve made some notes from your blog entries. Thank you for your sharing of photos and tips.

    1. Thanks Linda, that is so awesome to hear and the reason we do it 🙂 Keep us posted on your updates!

  3. sCOURING THE SITE FOR ANY INFO ON SOFA AND tABLE BEHIND. wiTH STORAGE AT A PREMIUM, eVERY BIT HELPS. wondering IF UNDER SOFA STORAGE IS ACCESSED FROM FRONT OR BY REMOVING CUSHIONS. also, WHAT ELSE GOES IN AREA BEHIND SOFA BEYOND TABLE TOP PIECES AND LEGS? sO MANY QUESTIONS….

    1. Hey Kelli, we have a couple of posts on our sofa and how we built it this one – https://mountainmodernlife.com/custom-rv-sofa/ – is about the early stages of building it, while this post – https://mountainmodernlife.com/small-diy-sofa/ – shows more of a start to finish. In order to get into the sofa the part you sit on flips up, you can get into it without removing the cushions but if you need to re-organize it you’ll want to remove the cushions. For the most part, it is mainly the legs and table tops we store back there, but we also put our tv trays back there as well. Anyway, I hope those posts help but please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. Best, Eric
