Top 10 Friday Favorites
1. Picket Fence Planter Basket | Pretty Handy Girl – This planter basket/caddy is absolutely amazing and I must have a crush on it {sorry Eric}, because I have been thinking about this rustic beauty since I first saw it. Best of all, she has an AMAZING tutorial on how to make this. I must visit Lowe’s this weekend! I even had the perfect handle picked out until Bailey found it and thought it was her bone, darn.
2. Lavender Desk | Freckled Laundry – I came across this gorgeous piece of furniture from Freckled Laundry via HomeTalk {which I just recently joined} and was instantly inspired.
3. Wood Pallet Chair | Funky Junk Interiors – We have 2 pallets sitting on our balcony just waiting to be transformed, and I think this is the makeover they deserve. This tutorial is from Funky Junk Interiors and has to be my FAVORITE pallet chair makeover that I have come across. I am obsessed.
4. Paint Stir Stick Lamp | Serendipity Refined – The colors are what first drew me into this super neat lamp from Serendipity Refined. I have been wanting to make some more wood shim artwork in these colors because it has that lakeside vibe that I love. And of course, the white rope around it sold me – I LOVE anything with rope.
5. DIY Vintage Wood Crates | Small Home Big Start – I still need to spruce up my “aged” wood crates , because I want to somehow coordinate them into our balcony makeover as well as our rustic wedding. This tutorial from Small Home Big Start inspired me and I can’t wait to get started.
6. Yard Stick Table Makeover | Shabby Love – Yardsticks are showing up left and right in home decor and this table by Shabby Love was executed beautifully. Now I just need to start collecting yard sticks…
7. Ballard Inspired Seagrass Vases | Decorated Chaos – I LOVE texture and seagrass just may become my new obsession. These seagrass vases by Decorated Chaos are beautiful, not to mention way more affordable than those at Ballard Designs.
8. Linen & Burlap Vintage Eiffel Tower Pillow | Confessions of a Plate Addict – I find myself drawn to more of the French and Parisian themed decor lately and I am loving this burlap pillow by Confessions of a Plate Addict. She even offers the free Eiffel Tower printable image so be sure to check it out!
9. Restoration Hardware Inspired Zinc Finish Table | The Vintage Estate – The texture and color of this table by The Vintage Estate is absolutely stunning.
10. Metallic Mason Jars | It All Started with Paint – And what would a favorites list be without mason jars?! I LOVE the metallic finish on these painted mason jars by It All Started with Paint, and they would be so pretty as wedding table decor.
