I’m Going To The BlogHer Conference

Somebody pinch me because I still can’t believe I am going to the BlogHer conference in San Jose at the end of the week, woo-hoo!

I will be there at the Glade #bestfeelings booth to talk about how scent inspires creativity, and to share some fun upcycling ideas! If you are going to be at the conference I hope you will stop by to say hello 🙂

I don’t know about you, but we always have candles lit or oils burning in our house.  It’s amazing how scent truly can inspire us and make our homes feel more comfortable.

By the way, I just recently discovered the Glade Wax Melt Warmer and that thing is AH-MAZING! Whenever I want to work on a project, but I am feeling a little cray cray and out of sorts with the 34928723984 ideas running through my head {which is most of the time}, I will melt some of the scented wax, and am instantly relaxed and able to get focused. My favorite is the Rustic Cashmere Woods, but I also love the Lavender & Peach Blossom and Red Honeysuckle Nectar.

In case you are unfamiliar with the Glade® Wax Melt Warmer, it’s an electric warmer that you can place the scented wax melts on, and it fills the scent throughout the room. The electric warmer is super cute and fits perfectly on my DIY rustic modern plant stand, don’t ya think?

It’s funny because I hadn’t even really connected the dots about how the scent was affecting my projects until Glade® reached out to me, but I love their products and have the jars to prove it.

As a blogger and DIYer, I am excited to pass that info along, because it really does make the whole creative process that much more fun!

Do you burn candles when working on projects, and if so have you noticed the effect it has on your creative process? If not, I encourage you to try it before starting your next DIY, and then come back here and let me know how it helped inspire you! You can also use the Glade hashtag #BestFeelings, which I will be checking out on twitter and Instagram!
