Do you have leftover wood scraps lying around that you are looking to upcycle into a fun project?
If so then you are going to LOVE this DIY Scrap Wood Art project via Debbie of Painted Therapy! Not only does she create something unique and beautiful out of her wood scraps, but she also saves them from being thrown out, which is awesome!
Debbie transformed her salvaged wood into “scrap animals” and they are all so freaking adorable! Wouldn’t these make great Christmas gifts? I especially love the moose wood silhouette she made in the photo above, and it’s no surprise she decided to keep that one to herself.
Click here to visit Painted Therapy for even more photos, and detailed instructions on how to make your own scrap wood art. If you live near Milford, New Hampshire be sure to check out her space at Robins Egg, and you can also visit her Etsy shop, The Reclaimed Life, for unique gift ideas and custom orders.
Thank you SO MUCH Katie for sharing my scrap animals. I love them so much and am thrilled to inspire many others to do something with those wood scraps!
Oh. My. Goodness. That moose is amazing. Seriously amazing!
Wow! I love them!! I want to do that now! I just gotta get my hands on the right saw 🙂 XOXO, Erica
