Welcome back to The Makers Link Party! I have had a few people ask me what a link party is and how does it work? Well, a Link Party is essentially a page where bloggers can link up their creative ideas via a thumbnail image and a link back to their blog post. This allows other bloggers AND readers that visit the page the opportunity to see what fellow DIYers have been up to, discover new blogs, mingle with fellow bloggers and be inspired!
So you don’t have to be a blogger to enjoy The Makers Link Party, you can also see it as a resource full of inspiring projects, recipes, decor ideas, etc!
I was so inspired by last week’s projects and can’t wait to see what you have been up to this week! Don’t forget to send some comment love to the Blogger of the Week, as well as the party features! Oh and please pin from the original source 🙂

This week’s favorite link was this DIY Desk Organizer from AmyKrist.org. Can you believe that she made this out of some plastic hangers and shadow boxes? I was seriously mind blown here. I don’t think I would have ever looked at my plastic hangers and thought to do something like this.
Amy’s blog is sorta new, but already has some great and really unique DIY ideas so be sure to head overthere and show her some follow and comment love!

There were so many great projects linked up last week. Here are 5 that inspired and you can see more of our favorites on our Pinterest Board “The Best of The Makers”.
You can only get away with putting one of these adorable Crocheted Owl Hats on your kids for so long right? So sinkin’ cute, but wait till you actually see them on the kiddos of Linda at Night Owl Corner !
I love the idea of plants that I can’t kill, cause I definitely do not have a green thumb. So these Felt Succulents from The Pin Junkie are right up my alley!
The front of my house is really high up on my to do list, but when I price things out I’m shocked! With simple projects like these DIY House Numbers from Bigger Than the Three of Us, I might just be able to do a little sprucing up without spending too much.
Carrie at Lovely Etc. blew me away with this Plank Wall. She even tells you how she got each color in her tutorial! It is so pretty and makes a great statement.
This Red Velvet Trifle from O Taste and See is awesome. And would you believe it was a complete happy accident that turned into this beauty?
