FREE Printable Wedding Program
With Spring in the air I can’t seem to get enough color so here is a lavender version of my 5 x 7 Printable Wedding Program, which matches my printable lavender wedding invitation set.
This would compliment any rustic or vintage-inspired wedding, plus you can turn it into a fan that will keep your guests cool and focused on you, vs the weather.
All you need to do is add your personalized text, print it out, and attach it to a wooden fan handle to have it double up as a fan. Easy peasy, right?
You can use any image editing software to add your own text, or you can follow my tutorial on how to add text to templates using PicMonkey here.
- Cardstock Paper
- Wooden Paddle Fan Handles
- Photo editing software or use Picmonkey, which is free
- Printer (or take to a local/online printer)
- Paper trimmer (or have print shop cut them for you)
- Double-sided tape
Here’s a sample program filled out:
Step 1:
Add your Personalized text to the template using your own editing software or Picmonkey.
(View my tutorial on how to add text with PicMonkey here.)
Step 2:
Print out the wedding program on cardstock paper.
Step 3:
Cut along the outline and then fold the paper in half. The front will then be on one side and the back will be on the other.
Step 4:
Slide the program on top of a paddle handle and use double-sided tape to attach it to the handle and seal the edges.
Step 5:
Repeat as necessary
That’s it!
You can always add embellishments like a ribbon to the handle, or even stain or paint them before you add the program.
Fonts Used:
The fonts used are the same as those used on my FREE wedding invitation template, which you can view HERE.

Hi Katie,
I love the ceremony program on the freebies section:) does this come in mint? I am happy to purchase the template if it is along with the table number cards and place cards.
If you could let me know I would be most grateful!

Hi Katie,
That is very helpful! Thank you so much:)
These are perfect. Can you tell me what font you used for the names you added? Also, what is the font used for the text that says: “WELCOME, PRAYER, & READINGS”. I am going to edit it, but wanted to use the same font.
Thanks much! 🙂
Sarah
Hi Sarah,
The names are in the Janda Stylish Script font and the “Welcome, Prayer and Readings” is in Simon Script. They are the same free fonts that match my free invitation template and you can find links to each font at the link below:

Is there any way to get rid of the “Maid of honor” and “Best man” section on the free program template? We will not be having either. THANKS!
Good morning,
I am hoping to use the beautiful free wedding program template that you have posted on your site. I tried to load it in PhotoShop to add a bit of information other than the information outlined on the template (ex: adding musicians, reading names, songs, etc). PhotoShop will not allow any changes to that aspect of the program. Wondering if I could request a copy that can be altered. I am looking at the program on white paper with the purple accents.
Thank you so much!
Catherine
Hi Catherine,
This free program is a flattened template so none of the designs can be moved around and I do not have it available as a Photoshop file. Although you could technically erase or delete text and design elements and then add your own text on top.
However, I do sell the vector template in my shop. You will need a vector based program to edit it such as Adobe Illustrator, but they have a free 30 day trial available. Also, the color will come in mint but you can change the color to whatever you want, move and delete design elements and text, and as long as you download and install the free fonts I mention {the link is in the listing} then it will look like the sample:

Do you know what the font of the Maid of Honor part is? I like the OF
Hi Adrienne,
I link to all of the fonts used on the invitation {which are the same as the matching program} here: http://ahandcraftedwedding.com/free-fonts-to-use-on-rustic-or-vintage-inspired-wedding-invitations/
The fonts used for “Maid of Honor” are Haymaker and then Bergamot Ornaments for “of”.
Hope that helps 🙂

This is wonderful! Thank you!
Hi Katie,
You have an AMAZING site here! Everything is so descriptive and just wonderful, thank you!
I do have a question about printing the above program on both side of a program and not having a fan. Is this possible with this design?
Kirsty
Thanks Kristy! You don’t need to use the program as a fan. I also sell the single files in my shop, in case you don’t want to use the 2 per page set up 🙂
Can we purchase just the program in mint….. Love this set, wish I had found it before i did my invites.
Hi Crystal,
The mint version of this program is available in my shop:

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hello,
I absolutely love this program and took your advice to edit it using picmonkey. This is the first time I ‘made’ a document like this myself as I usually enlist the help of a friend whom is an adobe pro. I am curious now though, whats your suggestion for printing? The size paper must be kind of odd if each side is 5X7. Where do I even begin?
Any help would be great! Thank You!
Hi Angela,
You could cut the paper down to size yourself using a paper trimmer, or purchase 5 x 7 cardstock. You can generally find this size at local office supply, paper, or craft stores. You can also find it online by searching for “5×7 cardstock”.
Hope that helps 🙂
Katie
Would you have this template in a dark blue? Looking to print it for my brothers wedding:)
Tracy
Hi Tracy,
I actually have a navy program available in the shop 🙂
